Q: What is Mytrix?
A: Mytrix is a company offering several multifunctional services for the collection and analysis of statistical information about Internet resources. Mytrix offers three main services: Tracker, Tracker Pro and Analyzer. The Tracker and Tracker Pro services collect statistics using a small code, which has to be installed on the resources' pages. Analyzer uses log files to gather its data.
 
Q: What advantages does the installation of a Mytrix counter offer?
A: Using Mytrix Internet statistics you get to know all possible characteristics about your site's traffic. Knowing more about your visitors enables you to meet their demands and wishes better. In a word: using Mytrix it'll be easier to optimize your site.
 
Q: How much will the use of Mytrix cost me?

Q: Do I need to install software to use Mytrix Internet statistics?
A: No. Your browser is the only thing you'll need to start working with us.
 
Q: What's the difference between the terms ID, user name and account number?
A: An ID is a unique number of a resource using a Mytrix service. You can find out what your resource's ID is in the "site settings" menu or by looking in your counter code. This code contains the URL http://uXXXX.XX.mytrix.com, where XXXXXX (without the dots) is your account number. Your user name is a name you choose in order for the system to identify you when signing in. Your account number is the number of the system database entry containing the statistics of your resource(s).
