General
Registration to the Mytrix Tracker Internet statistics system
(from now on: Mytrix Tracker) is free of charge and absolutely
voluntary. By registration you declare that you are aware of these
Terms and Conditions and agree to them. If you do not agree, the
only option you have is not to use Mytrix's services.

in this resource, including text, program code, graphics and any other
material may be reproduced or used without prior written permission
from Mytrix Inc. Mytrix, Tracker, Tracker Pro and Analyzer are
registrated trademarks.

Disclaimer
The free Mytrix Tracker service is provided "AS IS" and
"AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, whether
expressed or implied. Mytrix Inc. hereby disclaims all warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement,
and quiet enjoyment. Mytrix Inc. does explicitly not make any warranties
that the material contained on the www.mytrix.com web site is accurate
or complete or that the www.mytrix.com web site will operate fully
error-free or without interruption, or will be suitable for your needs
or intended applications.

Privacy and safety
By installing the Mytrix Tracker counter on your web site, you give
Mytrix Inc. the right to gather data on the visitors to your web site,
on the basis of which statistical reports are composed.
Mytrix Inc. guarantees that no statistical information on your site will
be handed over or shown to any third party without your written permission.
Mytrix Inc. does not bear responsibility for the violation of your privacy
if such is the effect of your own actions.
Mytrix Inc. guarantees, that the personal information you provided upon
registration will be used only to send you official information
concerning Mytrix's services and to contact you when necessary.
Your registration data will not be used for any other purposes or
handed over to any third party.
Mytrix Tracker gathers anonymous impersonal data about traffic to your
site. Mytrix Inc. guarantees to protect the privacy and confidentiality
of personal information of Internet users. Mytrix Tracker does only use
legal technologies and does only gather data from known and open sources.

Registration
The information you provide us with upon registration must be correct,
actual, true and complete. Furthermore, if your registration information
changes, you are obliged to inform Mytrix about these changes.
The basic Mytrix Tracker unit is a "resource". A resource is a certain
amount of pages that is kept together by uniform design and content and
has an own unique name and URL. It is recommended to use Mytrix Tracker
only on resources.
Mirror sites can only be registered to Mytrix Tracker as such.
Sites that automatically redirect visitors to another URL, as well as
identical sites with different domain names can NOT be registered
to Mytrix Tracker.
Sites whose content violates local and/or international laws can not be registered
to Mytrix Tracker.

Use of the system
On a page of a resource using Mytrix Tracker only one code can be
installed. This code can be a single or a split one. Installing codes
on all the pages of a resource is permitted.
You are not allowed to alter the HTML code and/or the size of the counter
button received upon registration in any way without permission
from the Mytrix staff.
You are obliged to install the HTML code received upon registration in
such a way that the counter button is visible to your visitors.
You are not allowed to corrupt the data collected by Mytrix by any means, technical
or otherwise. Mytrix Inc. reserves the right to exclude sites on which is
done so from the system.
If no hits on your site are recorded during two weeks, or if your site is
unaccessible during such a period, you will receive a warning message. If
the situation doesn't change during the next two weeks, your resource will
be excluded from the system.
Mytrix Inc. guarantees, that all the statistical data on sites using
Mytrix Tracker will be backed up for a period of 30 days.

Liability
Although Mytrix Inc. makes all the possible efforts to supply you with
professional and accurate statistical materials, these materials cannot
be guaranteed to be error-free and can only be used on your own risk.
Mytrix does not take liability of any kind for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, consquential or exemplary damages, including but
not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwil, use, data or other
intangible losses resulting from:
- the use of Mytrix Tracker or the unpossibility to do so,
- the cost of purchasing substitute goods and/or services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into, through, or from Mytrix Tracker,
- unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or data,
- statements or conduct of any third party on Mytrix Tracker, or
- any other matter relating to Mytrix Tracker.
In case of dissatisfaction with the Tracker service offered by Mytrix Inc.
or any part of these Terms and Conditions, the only option you have is to
discontinue using Mytrix Tracker. This can be done at any moment.

Violations
In case Mytrix notices or suspects that you are violating these Terms and
Conditions, it has the right to take sanctions. These can vary from
ignoration or warning to exclusion from the service.

Changes in these Terms and Conditions
Mytrix Inc. has the right to change and/or update these Terms and
Conditions at any moment. You will be noticed of such changes on
www.mytrix.com.
