Privacy Policy
At Mytrix Inc. we are firmly aware of the responsibility we bear for the
privacy of our customers and the visitors to their sites. This privacy
policy describes which information we obtain tracking our users' sites and
how we handle that it.
Mytrix Inc. guarantees that all the information we obtain is treated with
the greatest care and confidentiality, and that no violation of any user's
privacy will take place. For that purpose, our company holds a number of
principles, concerning the users of our services as well as the visitors
to their sites.
Principles concerning the safety and privacy of visitors to our clients'
sites:

Mytrix Inc. does not collect personal information of any kind about
visitors to sites using our Tracker service. The name, address, age,
phone number, gender and other personal information of a visitor
remain absolutely unknown to us. Only data of a strictly technical
character (such as browser and computer characteristics) are gathered.

Mytrix Inc. can't and does not combine personal information of any kind
with statistical data obtained by its Tracker service.

Mytrix Inc. does not allow access to the statistical information obtained
by its Tracker service to any third party.

Mytrix Inc. uses IP addresses anonymously and for only two purposes:
- to discern new visitors from returning ones;
- to determine visitors' regions.

Mytrix Tracker only sends cookies to visitors to determine their unicity.
Cookies sent by Mytrix do not contain personal information of any kind.
They only contain an anonymous code, which is used to determine if they
visit a site for the first time or not.

Principles concerning the privacy and safety of our clients:

Mytrix Tracker guarantees its users full confidentiality of their sites'
statistics. We will never give a third party access to your information,
nor to the statistics, nor to the raw data. Your statistics are protected
by your personal password.

Mytrix does have very limited access to its users' statistics. Nor the
statistical information, nor the raw source data for them can or will be
altered by us.

Mytrix Inc. does not discriminate between its clients' sites. No special
data are registered for certain (types of) sites. For all sites the same
range of data is registered and information is only gathered when needed
for the statistical reports we offer.

Mytrix Inc. has the right to use general statistical data about its
clients' sites for them for marketing and general statistical purposes.
No information on a certain specific site, however, will ever be published
without permission. The information will only be presented in an anonymous,
aggregate manner not revealing anything about concrete sites using our
services.

Mytrix Inc. guarantees the confidentiality of personal data of people
using its services. The personal information you provided us with upon
registration will never be handed over to or accessed by any third party,
nor will it be used for any other purposes than:
- Contacting you when necessary;
- Sending you official information about Mytrix's
activities;
- Sending you promotional information from some of our partners.

Mytrix Inc. firmly guarantees the confidentiality of financial information
of its users. Such information will never be shown or handed over to third
parties. The information will only be used for invoice purposes between
Mytrix Inc. and its clients.
